Prohibited Acts
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests
Important
If any of the following prohibited acts are confirmed, the service will be stopped immediately and you will be asked to leave. Future visits may also be refused.
Harassment
- •Any act that constitutes power harassment
- •Inappropriate remarks about appearance or physical characteristics
- •Demanding private contact information or SNS accounts
Violence and Verbal Abuse
- •Physical violence or threats toward staff
- •Intimidating behavior such as shouting or yelling
- •Verbal abuse or insulting language
- •Destruction or damage of shop facilities
Excessive Physical Contact
- •Forcing acts that the staff has refused
Privacy Violations
- •Unauthorized photography or video recording
- •Unauthorized audio recording
- •Filming the interior of the shop or other guests
- •Posting without consent on SNS or disclosing staff personal information
Other Prohibited Acts
- •Visiting while heavily intoxicated
- •Visiting while suspected of drug use
- •Visiting with an infectious disease or serious illness
- •Unauthorized extended stays or acts that interfere with business
- •Nuisance behavior toward other guests or staff
- •False declarations or impersonation
- •Membership in or association with anti-social forces
Consequences of Violations
If a prohibited act is confirmed, the following actions will be taken:
- 1.Immediate stoppage of service and request to leave
- 2.Permanent ban from future visits (blacklisted)
- 3.Police report and consideration of legal action for serious violations
- 4.Claim for damages if any loss is incurred
